Dear Parishioner,

Following on from last week’s letter, I am happy to announce Archbishop Dermot has appointed Fr. Cyril Mangan as Parish Priest of Edenmore, Grange Park and Raheny. I have known Fr. Cyril for many years, and I believe that you will warm to his sincerity, gentleness, Synodal approach to parish ministry and enthusiasm for the Lord. Fr Cyril will begin his appointment on the weekend of the 8th/9th of July.

Archbishop Dermot has appointed me as team assistant to the parishes of Edenmore and Grange Park. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your kindness, support and prayers during my time as parish priest.

Following the new appointments, one task that all parishes will undertake in the coming weeks is to develop a coordinated Mass schedule. I hope you will continue to pray for our parishes, our priests and our communities as we begin this new chapter together.
